Connecting COVID-19 response & preparedness (or lack thereof) to the climate situation is so important, and it's a drum that needs to be beaten repeatedly. Hopefully come all the elections in November it can create a salient push from the electorate to be forward-looking..

Without watching your podcast, I will refer to my request to watch a 2012 documentary film, "Planet Ocean." Without great improvements in agriculture, the world will see famine. One necessary agricultural improvement is carbon enriched soil. Easy, really.

Problem is everybody talks and nobody works. Amazing, all the recently laid off bartenders and kids out of school, but still nobody will pick up a shovel.
