Energy: winning strategy
Energy: winning strategy
Companies and institutions in Brazil have two typical behaviors. Those that treat energy without special care (the vast majority) and those who consider that they must be as rigorous as any other account of the same value (the small minority).
The vast majority present relatively high costs when using metrics such as USD/kWh paid for energy and kWh/physical activity.
The small minority is dedicated to creating a strategy regarding the "energy bill" starting with the upper management and even its board and demands that its teams draw up an operational plan to achieve and maintain excellent results.
The decision to fit into the majority or minority group can be difficult as attitudes are very different but it is essentially simple.
So, what is your choice?
