Energy: What can we do to become competitive?
Brazil is at the bottom of the market (emerging countries) when comparing energy costs in USD/kWh.

How to change this situation?

This has been so for quite a long time. It is a "state policy" - if I may be allowed a certain irony!

In your opinion what steps need to be taken to turn around this nasty situation?
