If there is an important change that differentiates those who achieve and maintain special results in the energy arena for their companies and institutions, it is: DECISION-MAKING PROCESS.

Brazilian tradition is based on "bottom-up" processes. Technicians with an affinity in the energy area bring suggestions to their bosses, who then decide if and when it will be done.
