Energy: mergers and acquisitions

A strategy that potentially will strive in the energy sector is mergers and acquisitions.

The pandemic has brought new requirements to companies that supply products and services in the energy field. Whether for commodity-type or engineered solutions.

It became more complex to sell.

Expanding the range of offers is a solution that adds value to the sale and enables a better dilution of fixed costs.

I know this from experience. I was the CEO of a major electric power connectors and accessories Brazilian manufacturing company and led it to a joint venture with a multi-national company. Time showed that this was a great strategy for shareholders, employees and customers.

Get in touch to open and explore this possibility, which requires the development of a strategy and a preparation to "make it happen".
