Energy; do you do your best?

In my experience of more than 35 years of consulting - energy affairs, I have found that companies and institutions that present excellent results always have people who give their maximum.

They are not necessarily experts in specific knowledge, or even great scholars. But they are committed, stimulating their internal teams and seeking external knowledge from consultants.

They also seek to internalize knowledge so that their organizations can always prosper.

It is this "drive" to "do your best" that makes all the difference between leaders and laggards.

The good news: the huge majority still don't give much importance to the energy "account", even if it is a Top 10 cost. In other words: the opportunity is there to be captured.
