Energy: the decision magic

What makes a company or institution have a differentiated performance in the energy area?

I learned from consulting for over three decades that the answer is associated with decision-making.

It is a script that starts with good information about energy uses and costs, thrives on analyzes to assess results obtained and scenarios, to make decisions on two fronts: contracting energy and its efficient use.

And... the underlying aspect of great relevance is the. C level pointing to a strategy and managers making them happen.

For a C guy or a VP to thrive, a taste for exploration is only but a must. And for a manager, pro-activity. And both, working together, by aligning their activities through a timeline and defining who should do what!.

It's definitely worth it. This "recipe", obtained and obtains great results and won awards in Brazil and the USA!
