Energy: asking is "the" key!

I have been consulting on energy matters for over 30 years.

I have found that the best results are achieved by those who focus on asking! This is, however, a small minority.

The prevailing tradition in Brazil is that employees of all levels, whether technicians, managers, directors and even board members, show that they know the subject and favor indicating their answers!

But those who know how to ask explore solutions, compare alternatives, identify risks, discover how to mitigate them, evaluate project structuring models, imagine what the role of leadership should be like, and the list goes on and on!

Those who present qualified doubts have different chances of achieving and maintaining excellent results.

It will be worth getting consulting advice to walk this fascinating path!
