Energy: are you a leader or a laggard?

Providing consultancy in the energy area for more than three decades, I come across a minority of leaders who achieve and maintain excellent results and a large platoon of laggards who are well behind.

Leaders are curious about permanently improving. They encourage their teams in search of excellence. They hire consultants to find out what they don't know. They set challenges. They put the bar very high.

The laggards try to hide the theme. They prefer not to set deadlines. They argue that they are very busy. Avoid consultants. In meetings are "fluffy".

The good news is that to join the leaders it is just a question of changing your attitude. It may be difficult but it is essentially simple. Do you want to try it?
