In April 2021, ICAP and the World Bank’s Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR) released the second edition of "Emissions Trading in Practice: A handbook on design and implementation".
The updated handbook leverages the key insights from the first edition and draws on practical knowledge from ETS practitioners as well as developments in ETS and climate policy over the past five years.
