In section 5 of this post, I pointed out a major problem Tesla was having at their Mothership Fremont Factory. 

I was curious as to how Elon would handle this. Now I believe I know:

However the UAW Vote comes out, it will give Elon much greater leverage in ejecting the bad actors that are causing this issue.
