Electric energy: which metrics matter?

Achieving and maintaining competitive results regarding power contracting and its use require robust references.

After all, how to qualify the results if they are not referred to metrics (called kpi - key performance indicators)?

The question that gives title to this post arises because in most companies and institutions - medium and large - for whom I consulted - Brazilian and multinationals - had not established these metrics!

If you want to create metrics to inaugurate a new stage of energy management, just get in touch and I will transfer knowledge so that your organization takes an important step forward and you develop professionally.
