Decisions: the beauty of simplicity

Fascinating, intriguing and even super important is the decision-making process of companies and institutions with respect to opportunities in the energy area.

* When to close a new power contract for future delivery?
* Is it worthwhile to develop energy efficiency projects?
* What sources deserve to be chosen to compose the portfolio?
* Is it feasible to migrate to a higher voltage access?
* On-site on-peak and emergency power generation makes sense?

These and many other questions are part of the "script" for executives who want to achieve and maintain a "cutting edge", competitive condition for their organizations.

What I discovered in my consulting practice, is that decisions become simpler when you focus on the essentials. I recommend it, for sure!
