Yes, pathetic that they have to say "temporary" and "emergency" to get people to understand that no matter how much PV they install, they still need firm capacity for 100% of demand, in order to avoid deadly blackouts.  Clouds happen. 

This is very simple stuff.

Yes - and read the fine print, Nathan. Temporary is up to five years - in other words, "until you forget they were temporary."
