Are you a good manager?

In webinars that I participate, usually sponsored by American companies and institutions in the area of energy, I notice a very clear trend regarding the decision-making processes that have gained strength in these pandemic times.

The enormous challenges that arose with COVID-19 demanded a new posture from those who realized the urgency to change in order to adapt to the new situation posed, and above all, to enable a sustainable economic and financial standard for their companies.

Concomitantly, strategic changes needed to be discovered and implemented faster than ever! And directors who proactively seek new paths at the required speed are the ones succeeding in these epic times.
In the energy/power arena most specially so! Since it is a Top 10 cost and often a Top 5 cost. How about you: did you let it go  or did you explore new paths?
