Director Jigar Shah continued LPO's outreach to the biofuels and sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) industries today, kicking off the Alternative Fuels & Chemicals Coalition's Global Biobased Economy Conference "Fly the Sky Economically and Climate Smart" plenary and panel discussion with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Senior Advisor Kate Gordon.
LPO is hard at work partnering with the private sector on many fronts, helping to identify and overcome challenges to reaching full market acceptance for innovative clean energy technologies crucial to sectors such as sustainable aviation. By offering financing and technical expertise to help move these projects along all deployment milestones on the Bridge to Bankability to full market acceptance, LPO is building upon larger DOE efforts like the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Grand Challenge.
