Attaining a zero carbon emission electric power system is an ambitious target which requires a multi disciplinary approach, including policy direction and grid planning, development and operation alignment with the purpose.
A major instrument in the journey to zero emission power grid is assuming the Holistic Operation Technology that is designed and developed for the reason: Integrating new components, optimizing the gird as a whole, resolving the intermittent nature of the recourses and assuring the system security, stability, reliability and resiliency.
The more investment into the modern operation technology, the less would be the cost and faster would be the path to the Zero Emission Electric Power System.
