The device (power increaser) is result of +45 years’ research based on my own theory that accelerates electric particles and adds electric energy to circuit.

The output power could be several times more than of input power. The device contains some sections that I am not enough skilled on them and my present situation do not allow me to make my desired. The schematic of circuit does not comply ohm's law, and the added power to the output do not match thermodynamics law.

So, I need help for necessary legal procedures. I am an independent researcher doing my research without any support of my country. My works belongs to world and the expectation is attention of capable persons or organizations from advanced countries to understand my work for human beings. My theory will solve the difficulties of energy production and environment pollution.

The schematic below shows the components in series that the input and output power do not comply with ohm's law.

It sounds like you're saying that this is a device that creates more energy than it takes in, which you admit breaks the fundamental laws of thermodynamics. On what basis are you able to make these claims? Have you had outside parties observe and confirm some of what you're saying?

Dear Matt Chester 
The case that I have stated is not just a claim. I have shown it operationally in the video. 
Connect two similar electric heaters in series to power line. The current will be the same for both electric heaters and they will have the same energy. By placing the device (energy increaser) at the input of one of the electric heaters, the energy of it will increase.
It is clear that without the use of an energy increaser device, it is not possible to increase the energy of one unit of two similar electric heater units in series connection.
The schematic on the right is exactly the second experiment in the video. If we consider the energy increaser and R2 as one package, we can see that the source, R1 and the package (power increaser and R2) are connected together in series.
The current in series circuit must be constant and the power of each resistant must be equal to R*I^2. So, the power of R2 (100 ohm) must be less than power of R1 (200 ohm), but in practice it is not.
