Tees Valley 

This is the latest hydrogen project announced for the region, alongside establishing the UK’s first hydrogen transport centre, leading research, development and testing of hydrogen transport technologies. BP also recently announced it plans to make the Tees Valley home to the UK’s largest production facility for “blue” hydrogen, which is produced by converting natural gas to hydrogen and carbon dioxide.
