This is impressive (on the U.S. scale at least, we're still pathetically low compared with some of our Nordic friends!). I wonder what the timeframe will be before we see such penetration in the slowest to adopt states across the country-- will the infrastructure come online in middle America in the coming years quickly enough to support these kinds of figures?
