I recall looking at what was already a consented scheme when PM of the Islay Offshore Wind Farm.  It's good to see it progressing on these forward looking Islands in the Inner Hebrides

You don't see too much movement in the tidal energy-- likely because of lack of ability to really scale and the need for the right situation. But tying tidal energy to a specific whiskey's production will surely generate publicity for the technology, if nothing else!
