This part will cover projects. Each section below is for a single state, and the sections are in alphabetical order by state. My criteria is that a given project can either be battery energy storage system (BESS) project, a photovoltaic (PV) project, or a project that incorporates both of these systems, however at least one of the project’s technologies must be at least 150 MW.

"Aratina could produce enough clean, affordable electricity to power over 180,000 homes, day or night..."

John, what leads you to believe Aratina's batteries will be charged by its solar farm? If they're charged from a grid mix - a far more practical and profitable arrangement for Aratina's owners - their output will never be 100% clean energy. And if they're discharged when the grid mix is similar to when they were charged, their output will increase carbon emissions.

So your enthusiasm for so-called "paired" solar/battery facilities is unwarranted. Though I'm sure Aratina will be profitable for its owners, it will only be by misrepresenting their facility's value for reducing carbon emissions - if not increasing them.
