Seems like a positive move-- I'd also hope they're going to dig into issues making up the opposition to offshore wind and how to work with and address those concerns (i.e., shoreline views, fishing industries, etc.)

Spent a week with BOEM at Sterling a few years back.  They are certainly aware of issues. Fishermen - we appoint a liaison office in UK but is was harder stateside. Re LVIA's BOEM pushed the machines out to 12 miles from shore and where you'd need a telescope to see them;  Quite prudent given the increase in turbine size since then.
