The fine print:

"The facility first will burn a fuel blend that includes 5% hydrogen in a General Electric Co. H-class gas turbine."

Let's see: the project will burn a mix of 5% hydrogen (made from fossil-fuel gas) and 95% fossil-fuel gas. 5% + 95% = 100%.

I guess it really is All. About. Selling. More. Gas.!
