Geothermal power is an affordable, clean, and sustainable source of electricity that supplements the current national grid. Kenya has successfully positioned itself in the top ten countries in the world that produce geothermal renewable energy. This paper analyzed the feasibility of installing a wellhead power plant in the geothermal field based solely on energy analysis using a Machine Learning approach. This study provided design strategies to predict operations in the single flash wellhead geothermal power plant and explicitly predict power production. The study provides an efficient prediction mechanism of geothermal energy produced by a single flash wellhead geothermal power plant at a given enthalpy in the isenthalpic process, where changes in kinetic and potential energy are negligible.
