"I think you could get a lot of common ground just around good policies that also have climate implications," says Katie Tubb, a senior policy analyst from the conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation.

You know, this is pretty noteworthy coming from the Heritage Foundation. Of course, it stops well short of advocating for any type of sweeping broad and fundamental climate packages that perhaps those rooting for a 'Blue Wave' were hoping for, but it does show a peek of sunshine-- acknowledging that positive economic stimulus or job creation bills may go along with those that spur climate action?
