Overall, the concept explores opportunities to minimise the cost of hydrogen production through a combination of improved efficiency and reduced CAPEX.

I'd be curious to see the numbers on this-- I wouldn't have thought the efficiency gains would be that notable, but it seems like they think it would be!

I'm curious too Matt. It seems remarkably ambitious and the initial business case is augmented by support.  Let's see whether the wider economic picture helps it make sense.
