Fixed v Floating or Fixed & Floating

It is not Fixed v Floating with regards to offshore wind going forwards, rather Fixed & Floating turbines.

A decade or so I was risk manager for Seagreen, and as we see from todays planning announcements the fixed operational site, since renamed, is effectively being extended with floating machines.
