FERC Commissioner Glick continues to push for much needed discussions to address issues affecting wholesale capacity markets. Momentous forces, such as Green Energy Buyers, aggressive State Renewable Energy Goals, and massive behind-the-meter solar supplies are reshaping the energy and capacity landscape.
