Energy: what's missing?

One of the most important characteristics of leaders of companies and institutions is to be aware of "what is missing".

In other words, knowing solid market references that can be compared with your case.

What is your status?What
Are your metrics among the leaders or the laggards?
What needs to be done to "get there"?
Do you have the "drive" to make it happen?

This question (what's missing) serves both energy consumers and solution providers in the area.
