Here's an English version of the Netherlands Hydrogen Vision published at the end of March. The policy agenda consists of four main themes; legislation and regulations, cost reduction and upscaling of green hydrogen, sustainability of end use and supporting policies. It's a pragmatic, modular and nuanced approach from a country with a number of Global companies
