Can utilities use audio events and chatrooms to better reach customers?  Can your company create customer ambassadors to participate in audio events that increase transparency and customer care?  While videos are trending, audio events and chatrooms should not be overlooked in marketing and communications.  Twitter, Spotify and LinkedIn are adding audio of live voices to create a live, in-person presence.  A much needed presence for some who have endured a prolonged period of isolation during the pandemic.
