The rural electric cooperatives, renewable energy firms and electric utilities that apply for these federal grants and loans (and obtain them) should be quick to publicize it. This is slam-dunk publicity. Not only is your utility being proactive, but you're going green (or greener) as well. There's literally no downside to these grants, at least at first glance.
