This story in the Tennessean is a good example of the kinds of things you should be promoting to the local media. Every utility has a vegetation management program, but the public is likely to be interested since they see crews out and about and wonder what's going on. Here's a chance to explain a small part of what your utility does to keep the lights on for customers.
