Try a Generalist Approach

Our cultural profile in Brazil, tends predominantly towards a detailed view.

Along these lines, it is easy to establish that, in terms of energy, the recipes most popular with corporate leaders are followed, adopting ISO standards, ESG conducts, purchasing I-REC certificates, and the list goes on.

This behaviour is also comfortable because it is justifiable both before employees, upper managers and board members.

But is this strategy enough to achieve and maintain excellent results?

In my experience, providing consultancy in the field of energy, for more than three decades, the objective answer is NO! And by far!

It is always necessary to create a robust strategy derived from a powerful decision making process. I suggest trying this approach. You will surely be amazed by the results!
