The old "how to save money on your electric bills" story is a tried-and-true staple for utilities and the media alike. It's never a bad idea to push out a story featuring money-saving tips. In this article, the focus is on a little-known program for Pennsylvania customers. The story doesn't necessarily move the needle for Pennsylvania utilities in terms of positive PR, but it certainly doesn't hurt.
