Located in center of California's Central Valley, Lodi Electric Utility describes itself as ‘Large Enough to Meet Your Needs, Small Enough to Care.’  A recent survey found that the majority would agree with them.  71.2 percent of residential ratepayers said they are satisfied with their service.  However, the survey also revealed that the website’s ease of use could be improved.  “Just because it works for us doesn’t mean it works for the customer,” said Sandra Smith, business analyst.  Are your customers able to tap Find within 3 seconds of accessing the interface?   Is your website easy for customers to navigate?
