Strategy: a novelty in Brazil

The hydro crisis in Brazil brought to light an issue that remained "hidden" for most companies and institutions: risks and their mitigation, especially in relation to energy availability and prices.

Multinational companies demand, more often than Brazilian ones, an assessment of the risks associated with energy and, mainly, the adoption of strategies to mitigate them.

I also realized that many of the companies I consulted for were interested in knowing more about exploring alternatives to face a variety of scenarios.

Interestingly, the solutions often allow for cost arbitrage among energy sources, which is a valuable "collateral effect".

This subject will certainly be worth exploring!
