As the nation faces higher utility bills, the West Virginia Public Service Commission is assigning a task force to consider how to lower energy cost for utility customers. While there is much debate about the participants, advocacy for customers should remain the focus. Rising fuel cost are said to be the reason for bill increases, and if so, how will that limit efforts to lower rates?
