A powerful (simple) tool

Still not very popular in Brazil, linking strategies to achieve and maintain efficient energy use to a timeline is an opportunity that deserves consideration. Both from Cs, VIPs directors, managers and technicians.

Aligning activities, deadlines and those responsible is essential for anyone who wants to make it happen.

Multinational companies I consulted for, timelines are part of everyday life. It facilitates and expedites communications in addition to aligning perceptions and expectations.

In Brazil a good part of the companies prefers informality (not having "official"" timelines). It is part of our cultural profile associated with a certain dose of indolence.

But let no one be mistaken. Those who plan, those who use timelines and those who demand agreed-upon results do much better. And by far!
