All sorts of questions about ending payment moratoriums are being asked around the country; in Pennsylvania, the moratoriums were kept in place for the time being. One thing I've noticed in various coverage is that utilities don't seem to be making strong-enough arguments for ending moratoriums -- if the reporters writing about the issue are to be believed. The reasons the Energy Association of Pennsylvania gave for ending the moratorium ended up at the bottom of the story.
