What are your customers saying about you?  Why not ask them?   Moorhead Public Service, in Minnesota, is asking customers to complete a survey to get feedback on communication methods and customer service.  The utility hopes to better understand perceptions of the utility and to improve customer satisfaction.  In Georgia, two-way communication via texting has lifted Thomasville Utilities’ customer satisfaction.  “Texting helps increase customer awareness…” Chris White, assistant city manager for Thomasville, said.
