Customer service at Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) isn’t what it used to be. Timothy Davis, MLGW VP of Customer Experience and Energy Services says he is working hard to fix it. The silver lining is while most utilities are still implementing alternative avenues of customer service, MLGW is asking customers to use the mobile app, website or social media to reach out. In the meantime, additional hires are being trained to work in the call center.
