The public seems to love every "national this or that month" or "national this or that day," so since May is National Electrical Safety Month, it's probably a good time to hit up the local media for coverage. There's little downside to having a utility spokesperson talk about the importance of using electricity safely -- the good corporate citizen role is ideal for your utility.
