During management restructure at Central Maine Power (CMP), were decisions made that favored shareholders at the expense of customers? An investigation was launched to determine whether the consolidation and transfer of employee resources contributed to a decrease in the quality of customer service at CMP.  Is collateral damage to be expected or have business strategies negatively impacted the customers' experience?
