Lead, follow or get out of my way!

This phrase (title), attributed to Ted Turner, summarizes very well the attitude options available in our professional lives.

It fully reflects the decision we have chosen, regardless of our hierarchical position.

Do we want to be proactive, reactive or procrastinators?

The underlying message is to be clear. For ourselves and everyone else

I insist: who are we?

In business involving energy, this issue is even more relevant because only those who are curious, interested, self-willed and determined are able to achieve and maintain excellent results, since there are so many possibilities at stake!
