Eighty-four percent of individuals said that customer experience is just as important as the product they have purchased.  When applied to utility services that number could be much higher.  Companies recognize the importance of a positive customer experience.  Trends show the use of social platforms, digital marketing technologies and environmental awareness in business practices are key factors to customers.  How are utilities meeting the challenge?
