This tracks, for the most part, with my experience. Far removed from the phone machines of ten years ago, the systems I've dealt with recently have been only somewhat frustrating. Are utilities investing in such software? Or do most generally not get high enough of a call volume to justify it? I'd love to hear if any members have experience with this in a utility context.
