How is your utility proactively reaching customers to create value and influence behavior? Utilities are spending more to improve customer relations and it's paying off. Utility customer engagement has grown by eight points since 2019 and a recent study found 36 percent of customers are now highly engaged with their energy providers. 73 percent of the topics communicated were around environmental, social and governance issues (ESG).
