According to HubSpot, "A remarkable customer experience is critical to the sustained growth of any business.”  Likewise, customers that are happy with the product and service are more likely to become loyal customers.  Utilities can offer services to satisfy the customer's desire to be environmentally conscious.  Residents in San Diego will soon get 50 percent of their energy from clean power sources.  The San Diego Community Power (SDCP) program will work with San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) to provide clean energy and improved customer service.  When consumers are happy with the product, they’re happier with the company.
